thanks for the smile

Sitting in the balcony

The calm pool of water
A pleasant morning
Fresh mind
And body

The stillness of nature
It's freshness
And colours

There was an urge to contemplate
On what I was seeing

I chose to experience it
Simply

The trees started swaying
Every tree joined it
Some birds were flapping their wings
And one bird was singing
Very melodiously

And me trying to count
How many times does the bird sing
The same sequence of notes

Suddenly, it was like a performance by nature
With singing and swaying
So many trees and plants
With different colours and different dimensions

A heavenly performance I must say

I too felt like joining in with my guitar
Can I understand the rhythm of this
I was not very confident

May be good guitarists have this ability
To join the mood and play along
May be
Like surfers on the waves

And I felt like breathing deeply
This desire to breathe deeply was a spontaneous one
And not the forced meditation techniques of breathing deeply

I must say
A good morning

Cordon Bleu

I know
I know

It's a terrible tragedy

Yet,
I wish to write about
My good time

I wonder
Sometimes walking in my house
As different rooms
Have different colours and character to it

One of the rooms
Lit by the evening light
With a balcony
And the trees

The other
My living room
Well lit
With an easel on which my wife paints
And a TV , a smart one

I wonder
When I have a good time, I let loose
Or
When I let loose, I have a good time

Well, who knows

I watched a movie
Julie & Julia

Cried with whisky
And cheese
A genetic trait from my grandfather

A great man
In my eyes

Whenever I have a good time
I realise

I am lucky
Extremely lucky

Having such
Wonderful people in my life

All of you
Bring music to my life

In the movie
Was a blogger
Writing everyday
Like a disciplined person

I too have some readers
Who talk to me sometimes
And like what I write

I know
I was wondering whether I could write
In a routine
Every day, every week,every month
May be that is how you blog

I can't
I wait for that time to come
When I live without any constraints
Free what Albert Camus would want a man to be
Mad like Dali
Nihilistic like Bukowski
Or may be like me
Like a nobody
A happy one , but a nobody
Like you, like a
Nobody

Anyways
Good Night

the puzzle

Give me my pain
Pleasure
I don't serve you

Losses have been my companion
Wins
You can't hold my attention

Let me dance
With the stars
And break my heart

Moments are ephemeral
So, is life

What will I do
With all the diamonds in my palms

I know the trick
The chains invisible
The burden unbearable
The slavery
Legitimised

Isn't it ?

IG-335

I travel
Once in a while
On a plane

And there is always
This strange feeling of me trusting
A stranger for my life

This feeling of playing in the sky
With wings turning at crazy angles
Brings me out
From the never ending
Noise
Monotony
Of life lived daily

Living amongst the skies
With clouds
Sun
Moon

And away you can see
Human existence appearing
Really small
Insignificant

Just push your chair back
And press a button

And if you are lucky
An airhostess
With a big smile on her face
Will ask you

What do you want ?

Nothing much
Just water

my advise to people

Sometimes
I have such a good time
And for no reason

That I surprise myself

then laugh
And dance
Repeat

Infact, I have come to this conclusion
That you should also try this at home

To have a good time
For no good reason

And write a poem
For no good reason

only then it erupts

Hundred things on my mind
Not one that I care
Several emotions
Am aware

Years lost in conflict
Of heart and mind
Enough times

Desires ignored
Got controlled

I got it

do you dream ?

What a great relief
It is to
Forget oneself

One's needs
Sometimes, self deeds
Also, the inner greed

To dance
On the rhythm

And, to glance
On the demon

Rivers flow
And, the lights glow

Birds chirp
Couples love

There was a Rumi
And also a Bukowski

There were generals
And also jailors
